Set just beyond the quiet rhythm of Leipers Fork, this estate stands as a study in architecture, imagination, and scale; where every line feels considered, and every material carries intention.
For us, it is a clear expression of what Textures is built to do.
Grounding the home is our Northern Appalachian live sawn 11″ white oak in No.13. A material chosen not just for its beauty, but for its ability to hold presence across a footprint of this magnitude. It moves seamlessly from floor to adorning detail, establishing a consistent language throughout.
Overhead, 16-foot ceiling beams and cladding in Foundation No.07 bring structure and warmth, while exterior ceiling applications in Curated No.13 extend that same continuity beyond the walls. A secondary European oak ceiling application in Foundation No.13 adds depth and contrast, layering the space with quiet complexity.
The details carry equal weight. Custom stair parts, treads and risers, are crafted to feel integral, not applied. Millwork reeding, pre-finished in Foundation No.06, introduces rhythm and refinement. Flush casings, fabricated and finished to match the flooring in No.13, create a clean, uninterrupted transition from surface to surface.
Every element works together; considered, coordinated, and executed with precision.
This project, led by Hillside Homes, is a testament to what happens when vision meets capability. It is not just a home—it is a fully realized environment, where material, architecture, and craftsmanship operate as one.
