Momotaro is one of Nashville’s most compelling dining experiences—a bold interpretation of modern Japanese cuisine where architecture, craftsmanship, and hospitality are inseparable. Textures provided custom 8″ Northern Appalachian Hickory flooring throughout, finished in a bespoke color with a low-sheen UV finish that highlights the material’s natural movement and depth. The long-plank format establishes rhythm and scale, grounding the restaurant with quiet confidence while allowing the rich palette of stone, steel, and wood to create an environment as thoughtfully crafted as the cuisine itself.
