Design-Driven Support: Celebrating the Expertise Behind Our Project Planning & Design Team

At Textures, we believe extraordinary spaces begin with extraordinary guidance. That’s why our Project Planning & Design team sets us apart. More than consultants, they are trained interior designers and architects who bring professional design knowledge into every client interaction. Their ability to blend aesthetic insight with technical expertise offers a rare, elevated level of support for the homeowners, designers, architects, and builders we serve.

Textures’ team of creative professionals truly understand how flooring shapes the look, feel, and flow of a space. With years of experience in design firms, studios, and high-end retail—our design consultants are uniquely qualified to guide discerning clients with confidence, creativity, and care.

Let’s introduce you to the team behind the service.

Brandy Atwood — Nashville Showroom

With a Bachelor of Science in Interior Design from Western Kentucky University, Brandy brings a refined understanding of scale, proportion, and color harmony to every project. Her approach is both thoughtful and intuitive, helping clients uncover what inspires them and translating that vision into flooring selections that are both immersive and intentional.

Brandy thrives on collaboration and connection. Her ability to guide clients through curated, detail-oriented choices ensures every design is elevated while still deeply personal. From concept to completion, her eye for the emotional and functional layers of design makes her an indispensable partner.

Angelo Adamo — Charleston Showroom

Blending his Australian and Italian roots with over 20 years of experience, Angelo Adamo brings a global perspective to design. After beginning his U.S. career in wellness programming, he transitioned into interior design, eventually leading architectural projects such as the $30M Duke Energy Center renovation and the Wake Forest Sports Performance Center. Angelo later launched a prefab design studio in Michigan and worked with luxury clients at Louis Vuitton in Charleston.

With a design philosophy centered on organization, wellness, and natural materials, Angelo integrates traditional architectural details with thoughtful finishes that promote comfort and belonging. As Senior Project Planner & Designer at Textures Charleston, Angelo leverages his extensive project management and luxury design skills to offer a seamless, high-touch experience that balances beauty and functionality.

Grace Littles — Nashville Showroom

Grace’s passion for design was sparked during her time at the University of Alabama and flourished through hands-on experience in staging, retail design, and small firm work. Her commitment to growth led her to pursue a certification in interior design, which she balanced with real-world design roles—a journey that shaped her dynamic skill set.

At Textures, Grace is known for her approachable expertise and genuine love of design and architecture. She brings warmth, enthusiasm, and an emerging design sensibility to each client relationship—making her a natural fit for clients looking for guidance that’s both stylish and sincere.

Michelle Smith — Nashville Showroom

Michelle graduated from the University of Texas at Austin with a degree in Interior Architecture, giving her a powerful foundation in both the art and science of spatial design. Her ability to conceptualize layouts, visualize finishes, and create renderings allows her to bridge the gap between concept and execution with ease.

At Textures, Michelle brings a holistic mindset to every project, understanding how each design decision—starting with the floors—impacts the bigger picture. Her architectural training equips her to provide clients with both creative vision and practical insight, ensuring their flooring not only looks stunning but lives well.

Design Guidance That’s Anything but Standard

Our Project Planning & Design team is more than a group of flooring consultants—they’re design partners, problem solvers, and trusted collaborators. They know that hardwood flooring is never just a background surface—it’s foundational to the look, feel, and flow of a space. With their diverse backgrounds and design degrees, our team brings a level of support and sophistication that’s rare in the industry.

So whether you’re building a new home, renovating a legacy property, or simply elevating a space, know that when you walk through our showroom doors, you’re stepping into a design experience led by experts who truly understand the language of space.
